Who is MB FASHION WHOLESALE?

MB FASHION WHOLESALE is wholesale distributor and supplier located in the heart of the wholesale fashion district on Clark St in Chicago IL. 

Where are you located?

Our warehouse and wholesale store is open to business clients and require a business resellers permit to purchase.  We are located at 4623 N Clark ST Chicago IL 60640 under the name of AA CHICAGO DEPOT CO and are open between the hours of 10am-4pm M-SA. 

Why do you require a login to shop in your store?

Since our wholesale prices are not available to the public we require our clients to register their personal, business name and Reseller Permit Number to shop with us

What is your shipping policy?

We ship via UPS Ground Shipping, FEDEX INTERNATIONAL AND UPS GLOBAL. We offer free shipping for orders in excess of $350+. Currently we only ship to the domestic United States. You can also place your order and pick up in our store located on 4623 N Clark St Chicago, IL 60640 after purchase has been made if you are in the Chicago area. 

I need to order larger quantity and I don't see an option, how can I order more?

We do offer larger quantities of the merchandise we have in stock. If you like to place orders for 500+ pieces of a particular product text us at 773-619-6666 with the product number and description of amount needed and your contact information and we will send you an invoice.

 

Do you offer a line of credit to your buyers?

Currently we do not offer credit to our customers.  All items are delivered upon payment received.

 

I don't have a Resellers Permit but I would like to resell your items?

On our online ordering site we currently are only open to business clients with a resellers permit. If you have questions about obtaining a resellers permit please contact your States Department of Business Affairs. 

 

How long does shipping take?

Currently we use UPS Ground as our preferred shipping method. You can estimate your time of arrival based on our ship from zip code and where you are located on the map. Our ship from address is 4623 N Clark ST Chicago IL 60640. 

Shipment times are estimated and can take longer than expected due to weather or late UPS pickups.  We do not guarantee NEXT DAY SHIPMENT. 

For our overseas warehouse we use FED EX or UPS international shipments can take up to 3 weeks to complete.

What documents do you need to purchase wholesale?

Because we are a wholesaler we do require the following information before we can establish your account:  Business Name, Business Mobile Phone Number, Business Email Address, Business Address and Reseller Permit Number.  If you have an employee purchasing on behalf of your business make sure they are registered in our system and can provide the reseller number of the business. 

 

Do you offer Dropshipping?

No.

What is the difference between available now and pre-order?

Available Now items are available in our USA warehouse and ship out within 1-2 business days.   

Pre-Order items are in our China warehouse and ship within 1-2 weeks or if a product is made to order 3 weeks. 

Is the item available in store?

Items that our sold out online are not available in store, our inventory syncs with our online system to provide an accurate count of quantities on hand.

Do you ship globally?

No.  Currently we only ship within the domestic United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Do you have a catalog of your wholesale prices?

Because we update items frequently, we do not have a catalog.  Please check our website for latest item and pricing information. 

What happens is a item is defective? 

We make every effort to inspect items and design them to the correct specifications. If an item is defective (for example - Printing incorrectly, ink bleed on print, arm hole not stitched.) we will only Exchange it for the EXACT SAME item.  

Defects do not include (material used, sizing, fit, length, zippers or fabric thinness or thickness)

Which payment methods do you accept online?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. 

Do you carry plus sizes? 

Yes, we carry sizes XL - 5XL which is equivalent to 1X-3X from PLUS SIZE brands such as TORRID.

Why is my order showing as Medium or High Risk?

Your order may be Medium or High risk if it meets any of the following criteria below:

  1. Multiple failed payment attempts were made to place the order (raises concern of stolen cards being used)
  2. CVV is incorrect
  3. IP Address where order was placed is nowhere near the ultimate shipping destination (example, order placed from China but being shipped to UK, this is cause for concern and raises red flag of possible credit card fraud).
  4. Billing and Shipping Address are not an exact match

Why did money get removed from my debit card but my order did not go through? 

When a payment attempt is made we require the billing address and zip code to match the card holders and the bank does a temporary authorization to see if the funds are available to complete the transaction and puts a temporary hold on the funds.  If it does not go through then the funds will be return to your account in one to two days.  It is advised that you use a credit card or paypal for purchase or have sufficient funds on your debit card. 

Why does the product not match the picture?

In certain product photos the product in the photo is a first cut design, in order to make a design cost effective for the mass market we will occasionally make modifications to the original design to make the design more cost effective.  For example first cut piece can have a higher quality metal zipper that will cost $2.00 each second cut can use a plastic zipper for $0.50 each and bring the cost down to make available for the mass market.  

We make every effort to include factory product photos in our listings so the customer can make an informed decision.  If you do not see product photos in the listing please send us a message using the contact form and we will update the listing with product photos.

Why is the product made with different fabric? 

To give our customers a variety of looks and patterns that they can use for their stores we use sublimation printing on certain items which allows us to have different patterns on items at a lower cost. Sublimation is best used on polyester fabric and can be used to have an all over print on an item as opposed to screen printing or heat press printing.

Here is an example of a print made for bottoms which we made multiple patterns using the same fabric.

To create the look we used sublimation printing on the fabric and create multiple colors and have a multiple selection to give your customers and generate revenue for your store.
